Shop Bought Items
After purchase, you have up to 14 days in which to request and return your order. Upon return request, we will give you full details of how to make the return.
Before requesting to return or exchanging an item, please get in touch so I can help resolve issues and to ensure the item gets returned to the correct place. In order to complete a return, a proof of purchase is required.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Upon the Sellers receiving of the returned product, a partial refund will be issued excluding the delivery cost. In the event the product returns to the seller either lost or damaged, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. It is therefore highly recommended for the customer to insure the package being returned.
Please note that returns are your responsibility until they reach us so we suggest you retain proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. Payment will be taken at the time of or shortly after you submit your order and in advance of shipping. For any further queries please contact josh@jtrjewellery.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.
Bespoke Items
Due to the time-consuming nature of creating Bespoke pieces, no refunds will be permitted once the piece has been started, including any deposit payments. An image of the final piece will be sent prior to shipping for any final small adjustments. Custom/Bespoke orders, are not eligible for return unless they are confirmed as faulty.
Faulty Goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If returning a faulty item, it is your responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend using a secure 'signed for' service for your return. Please contact us via josh@jtrjewellery.co.uk for your return details.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
